Angry Elf

I don't know...this drawing randomly came in mind when I did this....

It happened to look like Link (from Zelda) though...

I didn't like how his bottom part of his body came out the most though...

This was actually pretty much a rough draft (not a WIP) just to start practicing drawing again, and I wanted to see my mistakes and thought of jotting them down.
Would you all agree with the notes I jotted down? And if there's more drawing advice, please comment~^^ I'm serious about improving my art!
